All users must attend the university that is associated with the email address they submit. All users must be over 18 years of age.

We do not collect credit card or payment information. All billing is handled by a third party, Paypal, who is verified and trusted third party.

Once you list an item for sale, it is immediately visible to anyone who accesses your listing. It is also available for bidding by users registered at your school. You may edit your listing before a bid is placed. You may make additions to your listing after a bid has been placed and before the auction expires.

It is free to sign up and list auctions on our service. However, we will charge for sublet listings as will be indicated when you list a sublet. The fee for auctions is currently waived. All fees and prices are in U.S. Dollars.

uBargains.com allows for a variety of users to connect through a closed community of buyers and sellers. While we try to maintain this closed community to college campuses, we cannot guarantee the quality of the goods and services listed on the auction. In no way are we affilliated with any of the items listed in the auctions on uBargains.com . uBargains.com is only an online venue and we cannot ensure the identity of the buyers and sellers on the site. We offer as much information on the user as is provided by the user upon registration and confirmation as well as feedback from other users. Since we do provide contact information to buyers and sellers, we recommend independently verifying the identity of the users through other forms of communication. Because uBargains.com is only a venue we cannot confirm or ensure the transaction is actually completed. In the event there is a dispute, you will release uBargains.com from all claims, demands and damages associated with any action arising from the disputes.

If for any reason we receive complaints about your auction listing and we deem your auction inappropriate we reserve the right to remove your auction. You will not be charged any fee for the listing.

If for any reason we receive complaints about your account and we deem your account innapropriate or in violation of or terms of service, we will terminate your account.

If you bid on an auction you are obligated to complete the transaction with the seller if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction. If you are a seller you must be legally able to sell the item you listed for sale on uBargains.com . If you are the seller you are obligated to complete the transaction with the highest bidder of your auction at the end of your auction.

You are only allowed to include images and descriptions in your listings that pertain to or are related to the product you are selling

We provide all services without any warranty and "AS IS".

All listing, buying, and any other activity on this site by you, the user, will comply will all local and federal laws.

We may amend this Policy at any time. All changes to this policy will go in effect 10 days after we post them.
